The cantilever sliding gates are manufactured from RHS sections of sufficient strength to suit operating requirements which are dependent upon the gates opening width, height, type of infill (wind loading/weight) and the level of security required.

Product Description
These Automatic Cantilever Sliding Gates are an ideal solution where space behind the gates is on an incline or restricted.

With fully automated action and a wide range of access control options these gates are suitable for a wide range of applications including commercial and industrial. They also offer higher security than rising arm barriers.

This automatic cantilever gate has a manual release mechanism concealed within the lockable housing unit, allowing manual control of the gate in the event of a power failure. To aid in the safety aspect of the automatic cantilevered sliding gate, the portal is fitted with dual-height photo cells and rubber profile safety edges.

Operated by a programmable logic controller, operated via an inverter (allows for programming of various parameters such as gate speed, passage timeout, automatic opening times, free exit loop operating times etc.)

Towards the back of the Gate’s opening area, a floor mounted support roller supports the weight of the gate in the fully open position
Anti-climb spikes are available for gates over 1500mm high

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CANTILEVER GATE AND A ROLLER GATE?
Cantilever gates and roller gates are both types of slide gates. Though similar on paper, cantilever gates feature a built-in counterbalance that allows them to extend further, making them more suitable for larger openings. Cantilever gates also have an interlocked one-piece structure that has fewer maintenance requirements than conventional roller-sliding chain link gates.

While cantilever gates require more room than swing gates or vertical lift gates, they are often a unit that’s safer, more secure, more reliable and easier to use.

Main Features

The cantilever sliding gate adopts Aluminum 6063-T5 material with elegant appearance and compact structure.
The gate is suspension sliding without any rails, it’s very easy and simple for installation and maintenance.
Anti-Bumping Function: In process of gate closing, if infrared detector sensed people or obstacles, the sliding gate will immediately stop to assure of security.
Anti-Pinching Function: In process of gate travelling, if people or obstacles contact safety airbag, and pressure-wave sensor will transmit signal to master control board to make the gate stop sliding.
Anti-Climb-Over Alarming: If infrared detector sensed anybody to climb over gate, alarm in control cabinet will auto turn on, and the alarm can be turned off by stop-button or open-button of controller.
If any emergency happened, you can press Emergent ON/OFF button to cut off power and make the working gate stop immediately to assure of safety.
Once electric motor temperature exceeds 120 degree or the gate is working for a limited time, then the motor will auto stop working for protection and prolong its life time.
The gate is with desktop-controller and handheld-controller for remote control, and during the time of maintenance or power failure, gate clutch can be released and then the gate can be controlled manually.
The gate is with leakage protection to protect over voltage or current in control system to connect ground.
The gate works smoothly, stable and quiet with high security, low noise, low failure rate and long service time.
The gate is used to circumstances of -30°c to +70°c of high or low temperature, wind, rain, ice, snow, slope, over railway or track and even some other tough conditions.
