1. DELIVERY:
Delivery can be arranged within 04 days from the date of confirm work order and fulfillment of our payment terms.
2. COMMISSIONING:
As a gesture of our goodwill our commissioning work would be done with our expert engineers at your site however you have to provide a suitable
free sunny space for PV Array and room for inverter. We have to supply
all the electrical materials i.e. Dc Power cables ,Ac power Cables, lugs, nut, bolts as per our Engineers recommendation commencement of the
testing and commissioning of the Solar Energy System.
3. EQUIPMENTS WARRANTY: (From the Date of Commissioning)
PV Module: 25 Years
On-Inverter: 03 Years
System Warranty: 03 Year
Warranty Limitation:
The Limited Warranties do not apply to any PV-modules subjected to:
– Misuse, abuse, neglect or accident;
– Alteration, improper installation or application;
– Repair or modifications by someone other than an approved service technician of WSPC;
– Power failure surges, lighting, flood, fire, accidental breakage or other events outside WSPC’s control.
-If the type or serial numbers of the PV-modules have been altered, removed or made illegible.
4. SERVICE WARRANTY:
We provide 12(Twelve) months service warranty from the date of commissioning of the solar energy system. We provide after sales service after
the warranty period. All necessary equipment’s (PV Module, Inverter, etc) will be available from us for our offered Solar Energy System.
